Consumer dispute resolution / Universal arbitration board

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

What is not listed here, and why

So that nobody looks for it: none of the remaining entries in § 5 DDG apply to this service.

Commercial register	Not entered in one. A sole trader without a Handelsregister entry has no register or registration number to give.
Supervisory authority	Only required where the service needs official authorisation. Developing an app does not.
Professional title, chamber, professional rules	Only for regulated professions. Software development is not one.
VAT identification number	§ 5 (1) no. 6 DDG only requires one where it exists. None has been issued.
Person responsible for content (§ 18 (2) MStV)	Only for journalistic and editorial offerings. This site describes a product; it does not publish journalism.
